A fabulous walk with Toffee +Riley and making the bed

Well we had a big date with Toffee and Riley our 2 Boston pals,but first we promised to help PL2 change the sheets( I find it AMAZING how much help these humans need from us..how would they manage without us?????) Here is Archie hanging out on the dirty sheets .

Here we both are,Archie is still hanging out and I am,well I am a little embarressed to say my eyes were just SOOO heavy.....


OK we both woke up because PL2 was thanking us for our help and reminding us that we had to get ready for our walk with Toffee and Riley!!!!(I wanted to bring my pocketbook but PL2 said there was not a thing to buy at Jamaica Pond.We were going to go to the Arboretum but we 2 went a few days ago and got TICKS....EEWWWWWWWWW so PL2 and Toffee's Mom said EEEWWWW let's go to the pond.Of course now PL2 is freaking out about those ticks but that is another story..)

HAHAHAH here is Riley!! He was moving so fast he was a blur!!!!!!!

Here are both of them with their MOM The 3 of them were going to work afterwards( see what I mean about humans needing our help?? Their PL would not get a THING done without those 2........

Can you believe it?? they had never been there before so they had ALOT off pee mail to read..... Riley slowed enough for a non blurry picture....

We must say we had a fabulous time on a beautiful fall New England day..What a day for a walk!! Now we are A WEEK behind and have to get reading !!!! WE are sooooo behind on all the gossip.....

What a day PL2 and I had

Well everyone was home today.Pl1 was marking papers, Pl2 was puttering around doing

twelve thousand things at the same time and we were very very busy as well.

Archie thought maybe he would check out the scene outside...

And then we heard PL1 and 2 call us to go for a little walk.....
PL2 had to do some errands for PL1 cuz he wasn't feeling too good so she asked me if I would like to go with her to do them...I ran to get my new purse........

Isn't it adorable??You can't really hold too much in it as it is a stuffie but no one will know that......
So we went to the bank and made a deposit and then we had to go to copy something and then fax something for PL1( We forgot to tell you that when PL1 went to go to pick up PL2 at work on Sat, this maniac driver tried to pass the car in front of her and went head on into PL1 and us....It was a small road and she clipped the front left part of the car pretty badly...Archie barked when PL1 hit the horn and then when PL1 swore a little(Arch said they were GREAT HBO words) We were all fine..but the car???Well we will see.....So that is what we were faxing...paperwork....)Soooooo....we had just copied the stuff and I was doing a really good down and stay...well maybe an OK down stay...well maybe just a sort of down stay...and this little poodle kid came into to fax something as well.She went behind so I couldn't really see her,and I didn't know where she was so I let out a little growl.....the manager of the store FLEW over to PL2 and me ,pointed his finger at me and said "That dog has to leave NOW as it just attacked someone......."PL2's mouth flew open and she said"WHAT?????" and he said I CAN NOT HAVE THIS IN MY STORE.....PL2 went a little nuts and said ATTACKED SOMEONE???ATTACKED SOMEONE???THERE IS NO ONE HERE..... NOT IN FRONT,BEHIND OR TO OUR SIDE.SHE IS BARKING AT THE LITTLE POODLE BEHIND THE MACHINE...HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE OF SUCH A THING...... He said"oh" and backed away and pretend bowed which also really pissed us off.......... WOO HOO FOR PL2.I was waiting for some really ripe HBO words( they seem to be flying around here a lot lately...)but she didn't.She finished her fax, kept staring at this guy and throwing him dirty looks and we stormed out( I almost forgot my pocket book I was so nervous) PL2 said that is it for her and KINKO"S( did you get that??KINKO"S) They must really hate dogs........ How could they hate a face like this.....

The Case of the the lumpy bed..by Detective Agatha

OK here is what happened.........PL1 and I walked into the bedroom and found this......lots of shredded paper in front of this bed.....

Then,I took a closer look at that bed...it looked really lumpy and something was sticking out of it....
This is how it would look on a normal day..........
Then...out the corner of my eye I saw this ........ a blur of a dog racing to that bed as if he were going to hide something...........QUICK PL, QUICK I breathlessly said....search under the bed.....

AH HA!!! We found one stuffie squirrel,one shoe shining cloth, one set of shoelaces, two dirty socks, and two tee shirts that were ready to go in the laundry..........UNDER THE MATTRESS
Why who sleeps here you might ask?????????You got it.........MY BROTHER!!!He went into a little shoe box where PL1 had some stuff in and took it out and stuffed it under his mattress pillow and then he jumped up on the bureau and got the tee shirt and sock!! AND my squirrel stuffie....... He just doesn't realize that things are so much neater to store in a bomb shelter......

PL2 and I are a little worried that he is becoming a kleptomaniac(well he is a maniac so maybe just a klepto) but he says I put stuff all the time in my bomb shelter so as Tanner says...WTF...and he also said ALOT of other HBO words that I didn't think he had in him... Then I told him that we were going to the TOWER of LONDON for Eric's Halloween Party and he fainted....I knew he would...You know what a scaredy he is!!!!!!

Well one would think a tea bag, a pen, a sharpie, a bag of fig newtons,and a bag of brown sugar would satisfy him...............................BUT NO...he was at it again and I must say this might be his best......I am also picking up a bit of a theme that I think I need to discuss with PL2.This ,ladies and gentleman is exhibit A. Looks like a plastic butter container right??? Here take a second and closer look.......
Now do you notice TEETH marks all over it?? Never gone to the market ,gotten your butter and noticed TEETH marks all over it have you??????
AND ONCE AGAIN THIS TEETH MARKED CONTAINER (also known as exhibit A )WAS FOUND WHERE??????? What's that you say?? YES IT WAS IN MY CRATE!!! EXHIBIT A WAS FOUND IN MY CRATE.......but, there is more to this story....Once a long time ago our Vet told PL2 to put something in our food (and then you don't have to scoot on the floor if you know what I mean) ...Why what is it you may ask??????THIS....THIS IS WHAT WAS IN THE CONTAINER!!!!!!! It must have "fallen" off of the counter( oh that is a ripe one...) AND HE TOOK IT INTO MY CRATE!! Not only that....BUT HE ATE THE WHOLE CONTENTS.........( well it was only a little bit to be fair.......)
Here is the hardened criminal who keeps trying to frame me..........What's that you ask??Did he have to go outside ALOT after that???? NO!!!!!!!!! It didn't even affect him!!!!!!!!!!
I am in the process of trying to get him back and will keep you posted...Our good pal Leny sent us the COOLEST THINGS!!!!!!! Obama bandanas that he made!!! And tone of buttons that we hadn't even seen yet!!!!! THANKYOU LENNY!!!!!Well Lenny didn't make them his PL did( and a fine job too) so we are going to model them for you......

Awards and THIS IS TOO MUCH

Well we have gotten a lot of wonderful awards so we want to share them with you.You may notice I am under the chair.....well it has all been too much for me.....First let me tell you about our awards(at least we have SOME friends) and then I will tell you our tale of woe......

Scooter said we could pick ANY award we wanted so I let Archie pick...and he chose....the Gold Paw award because he said it looks like bling....(that was from his rapper days...)

Mango the Maltese gave us this lovely award.........

And Cassie WHO WE NEVER EVER MET BEFORE!!! gave us this award!! WHOA!!!!!

This is a really cool one in Portuguese from Noah and the girls...The gist of it is that blogging brings us close together(unless you live in our house....)

And our pals Toffee and Riley and Callie and Gus and Louie( notice how Callie is first in line ALREADY!!) gave us these 2 wonderful awards.....Thank you very very much everyone......

Now remember when my bed was switched?And everyone thought I wouldn't notice?(don't tell PL2 but this new bed is fabulous..it even came with a pillow) And I told you that it went to some new kids?? Well here they are..this is Blizzard..he was rescued and is a Tibetan Terrier. He has a funny haircut because he was all matted......

And this is Chihara...she is a Tibetan terrier also.....So this is who got our crate.......

Now here is a movie of Chihara with her brother who went to another house....We haven't met these kids yet(PL1+2 did)because they haven't had all their shots)but we have ALOT to teach her...Check out her attempt at bitey face!!!!

OK so maybe I have gotten over losing that bed but here comes the clincher..Here is PL1's sister backyard...Lovely isn't it?? We used to be able to play in it until she had it all redone and then she said she didn't want us "redecorating" it...(I call it just putting holes where they need to be and aren't)



BUT LOOK.......IN THE CORNER.THAT IS THE CRATE ARCHIE AND I SLEPT IN THE FIRST NIGHT WITH PL!! That is our baby crate............That is where Arch and I would cuddle up and sleep together until ah,,we uh sort of started tussling a little and got our own bedrooms.......THIS IS TOO MUCH!!! Now Pl2 told me that we are getting a new cousin....A JACK RUSSELL TERRIER!!! I don't care..let him get his own bed not my baby bed........

Archie as you can see is not as upset as I am and in fact said me and I quote"Get over it you don't even fit into it anymore....."

Ok on rethinking I guess I don't fit in it and it will be fun to have a cousin,but with the country being all in a quandary, and everything that is going on how do I know that MY BOMBSHELTER IS NOT NEXT??????? PL2 assured me it is not going anywhere so I feel better.....but it is all distressing.......
