A Rainy Day,A Wubba,And JACKSON CARDS!!

Well,Fall is really here.It was cold, rainy.and dreary all day today. The day started with us on the usual bed(that we took over and have claimed as OUR day bed) I was looking out the window, watching the rain ,thinking what shall we do today on this crummy day??

We have been reading on everyones blogs about Wubbas and we had never heard of them.....AND THEN TODAY WE GOT OUR VERY OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I played with my on our day bed and Archie played with his in his bed.

Now this is a great toy and we can now see why everyone has been writing so much about them!! Our day got brighter with the postman bringing us this..............................OUR JACKSON CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent a long time just looking at them and deciding where to send them. There are all different ones and we HIGHLY recommend them( Look at the link at the top right of our page and you can get some too!!!!

Then we spent a long time searching the internet so we can tell you about the site of the next pahhty in Salem Ma(Oh man this is going to be great.)We also checked out the pumkin site Gus was talking about!!!!!!!!

Then it was time for some serious napping......Archie said we had done so much research his brain hurt......

All about haunted and spooky Salem....tomorrow............ A+A

Hi Agatha...thanks so much for reminding me to upgrade to TV/TiVo/WiFi etc in my hospital roomie. When Miss Sunshade made that amazing post re her nephew Stinky's fixit surgery, she cited a study about better outcomes if a hooman family member is in the room when the dog or kitty is awakening from surgery. It decreases use of pain meds and length of stay at the hospital. Mumsie is a recovery room nurse for hoomans, so of course she asked the vet if they would be ok having her there when I wake up! So good old Mumsie will probably spend 4 hours on the floor of the vets rocking me. Or so she thinks. I'm planning on taking my laptop and doing some blogging. Anyway, thanks for the good wishes...the Barkday pawty is acquiring a life of its own. Lobsters....mmmmmmmmm!

Only a few little nervous barks,
Lacie
PS We only have one wubba and Scruffy hogs it..he's almost chewed the first ball off the top of it. It realllllly slimes the sofa and Daddy's pants, too!!

Hey pals, sooooo glad you like the cards. Thank you so much for recommending them, I really appreciate it.
Do you think the wubba will stand up to heavy duty WFT action? I haven't got one yet and I tend to destroy most toys in minutes! I'll be interested to see how it holds out! J x

I have tried to get excited about Oscar's yellow Wubba, but I'm just not a toy kind of boy. Glad you're liking yours though. Maybe Cassidy will persuade me to play when they arrive home.

For those who love their wubbas..a warning. Teka is DEATH on wubbas. Do not let her near them. Mine came back from St. Louis with me and lasted about 6 minutes with Teka, who of course had already killed hers over a month before.

But we are glad that you like yours, and hope they last a long time.
