In the spring when all the birds come back after winter Archie likes to hear all the birds in the trees and when they all go in one tree he calls it a chickadee tree(because it is mostly the chickadees and sparrows that do that)...Listen..A FALL CHICKADEE TREE!!!!!

PL2 has this stupid notion that when we need to be distracted( which she seems to think is every 5 seconds) she does this so we eagerly anticipate a cookie or wicked good treat..In reality we look at her because we are mortified that she sounds like such a nutcase we don't want to see anyone....
And then of course a fabulous nap....( or two or three...)

Excellent walks A & A! I always like to run up and down stairs too. I can see that you needed many naps after all your exertions on the walks and of course you have plenty of comfy beds for that.

We could have a good time together. Running zoomies (GREAT flash of color!), visiting neighbors (that was ALL I wanted to do when I first arrived "home") AND ... I AM SO EXCITED!!!! .... checkcheckchecking the birds in the trees!!!! I seriously thought something was wrong with me ... that I wasn't s'posed to be interested in birds. But I am OBSESSED with the (stoopid) birds (mostly sparrows) who have decided to roost in our (fake) fig tree on the deck. I spend hours out there, trying to climb the tree. And I don't need to wait till spring. Or dusk. Or even dawn. I'm convinced they are there 24/7. I'm not a FAILURE! It must be okay to hunt birds. Woohoooooo!
When do you want to come visit? (First you have to promise to leave the wheelies alone. We get along JUST fine, thank you.)
