Our Pal Jackson

Our pal Jackson, who is our wire fox terrier leader has received some bad health news.....Now our pal is a fighter and we are hoping he is able to fight his way through this one........There are a lot of stuffies out there that still need the Jackson test for destruction....(he is the king of this.....)

Our pals Scruffy,Lacie,Stanley and Mumsie very eloquently wrote of our pal and put up this picture of Mount Everst with prayer flags....and so we are adding it too....

We also want to post this Navajo healing prayer poem. When someone is sick everyone comes together to the person's house at night and recites this together. Now we are scattered all over the world but we are a tight community,so we want everyone to recite this together and it will be as if we are one ......

House made of dawn

House made of evening light

House made of dark cloud

Dark cloud is at this house's door,

The trail out of it is dark cloud

The zigzag lightening stands high upon it

Happily, may I walk.

Happily, with abundant showers, may I walk

Happily, with abundant plants, may I walk

Happily, on the trail of pollen may I walk.

Happily, may I walk.

May it be beautiful before me.

May it be beautiful behind me.
May it be beautiful below me.

May it be beautiful above me.

May it be beautiful all around me.

In beauty it is finished.

Archie has also read that the power of laughter is good and very healing......so hope this helps Jax.................

I loved the Navajo poem. We've put up St. Francis, patron saint of animals, to take care of our Jackson. He must certainly be feeling the love coming his way from every corner of the world.

Love all my fuzzy friends,

Petey

Me & Mommy are praying and just hopeing that every thing will be fine! You know there was a story about a girl who was believed to be healed by the power of prayer, mommy thinks since there are so many people pulling for Jackson that everything will be okay!

We are so so bummed about Jackson. Archie is a good sport to make us laugh. BTW hearing all kinds of stuff about three way trades with the pirates and manny and the marlins, it might be a bit confusing for Archie so maybe just wait until its official before you mention it.

How're you?
It's so nice to see you so caring for Jackson. I went over to Jackson and touched him with my healing power paws. Hope that mass will be shrunk soon.

(Here's one for laughs: did you read that Manny Ramirez may be traded to the Marlins here in South Florida?)
