I don't have a lot of time to write...I have been VERY VERY VERY busy....WHAT you may ask is that Agatha??? WHAT IS THAT?? WHAT IS THAT???? THAT IS THE ONCE ENTRANCE TO MY BOMB SHELTER....wait a minute I have to breathe deeply for a minute...AND DO YOU SEE SOMEONE'S STUPID TAIL STICKING OUT ON THE TOP OF THE BED???? DO YOU KNOW WHO THAT IS>>>> wait a second breathe in breathe out.....OK... You can tell who it is by it's stupid puffiness not by it's lovley chic groomed long adorable way my tail goes....IT IS ARCHIES...MY STUPID BROTHER......ok wait I will explain......He is trying a TAKE OVER yes you read that right A TAKE OVER OF MY BOMB SHELTER.... PL2 heard him say ,or shall I say GRUMBLE that why should she get that and she has a blender and a frig and all I have is a stupid flat screen TV and that it would be a great place to bring the boys and yada yada yada yada..... So what does PL2 do?? WHAT DOES SHE DO?????? She sits ME down and says Agatha maybe you could just let him borrow it every once in awhile.......ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Let boys in there to stink it up??? Oh be still my heart.... I would be cleaning up ALL THE TIME after them....Have you ever seen Scruffy"s house after a game??
Why can't he be happy just on TOP of the bomb shelter????????

HOO BOY......

Well we hadn't realized how long it had been since we posted...You see we have been been a bit depressed....Let's just say that there was an election here in this state and we were not too happy with the results......at all....and then there was a Supreme Court ruling the day after the election that blew us all away....so the PL's and Arch and I have been moping around a bit... well ALOT really as you can see by this picutre....

I was telling Archie that things are really dire now......

But then in his old Archie way he told me a wicked funny joke......

It was REALLY good...and everything seemed OK again.....

National Training Month

SO as we all know Niamh is having a contest to go along with National Train your Dog month...Pl2 was off today and thought she would put it into practice( we hate it when she gets these ideas...) Our first training session( which really isn't new because we have been doing it for about 300 years but we go along with her)...is to sit in the back of the car.......

Then she says watch your heads.........( note which one of us is putting her head away from the door)

Oh we almost forget..this is new..Before we got into the car we went to cross the street..........Now she is trying to make us sit at the corner before we cross...We were also trying to look both ways before you cross but she said we didn't have to do that..Hay..you are the trainer here........ And lets just see how well this goes in the spring when the SQUIRRELS come out...hee hee....

We figured we would just look at her.....

Archie thought he would try it with one ear up...

And we ended up at at the North Pole..nooooo.. at the Arboretum!!!!

I really don't know what he is training for( I have some thoughts...)

HE WILL NOT STOP DOING IT BECAUSE SHE BROUGHT CHEESE......

Our last one...We have been trained to wait at the front door before we come in...Why?? you may ask????just because we used to have a few a few"TIFFS" before we came in?? I mean IT WAS TIGHT QUARTERS THERE..and to be stuck there with him.......

Well that was our training day.......Who knows what we will do tomorrow! Archie wants to know if there is National Train your Pack Leader Month but I told him we don't need that as we have them wrapped around our paws...OH DID I SAY THAT OUT LOUD??????????????????????????

Indoor play due to cold conditions

Yep still cold here...and it we still have snow....and ice...maybe not quite as bad as this picture( we are exaggerating a little bit..) but you can get the picture....Imagine two terriers trapped in a house....frightening isn't it?? So here is what we do........

First I can play with my blue treat dispenser...This is a very versatile toy because you never know where it is going to go..You can play with it outside of your bomb shelter.........

Or you can take it into your bomb shelter...Listen closely as I play with my toy in there.(.My BROTHER has been attempting a bomb shelter take over......OHHHHHHH this is not pretty...another post for that...Pl2 is just praying for the spring to come......)

He likes to play throw and then never give it up when you return so you have to grab it out of his mouth....I think this is a stupid game...but then I don't have to play it......

Then of course we are really pumped up and ready to go..( I know hard to imagine isn't it....) So Pl2 found our Joanne Shenandoah music. Remember her?We had a post on her once. She is the Native American who calms wolves with her singing.... Look closely at Archie...He can't keep his head up.PL2 asked Pl1 if we could pipe this into the house to go for 24 hours at a time..I wonder why??

What to do on a snowy day

Well we have had a bit of snow lately( well it is January)and one does get a bit bored in the house...so we thought we would show you some FABULOUS things that you can do to fight off boredom......

Nothing like a bit of a zoom around the old house.....This can be done until the point of exhaustion or a fight...whichever comes first......

You can pretend you are in the tropics.......

Another round of zoomies( note our playful sounds when we are off camera....)

You can dress up(note my beard is all orange..I have been getting sweet potato and I won't let them clean my beard...hee hee)

What we did on New Years Day (at the beach)

Well here it is New Years Day...We had a very big day planned.......Noooooooo we didn't go to the Boston Bruins hockey game OUTSIDE at FENWAY PARK..which has to be the coolest thing in the world......It was a BIG deal here in Boston because it was the first time a hockey game was being played outside..and not only outside BUT AT FENWAY PARK.PL2 would not stop talking about it......We did hear the F16 fly over the house,but that was as close as it got..We watched it on TV after our big adventure........

PL2 threw this picture in of her idol Bobby Orr...He is a famous hockey player from about twelve million years ago ....that she loves...HE WAS THERE!!!!!!

Nope what we did was meet up with our cousin Seamus...Remember him? The Irish Jack Russel kid????And we all met up at the beach.......Archie was sooooo excited.....He kept looking up and down the beach for him....

In between looking up and down for our cousin we were smelling clam shells( somehow we would like to bottle this smell..it is FABULOUS..)




And then Archie saw him......



TA DA!!! Our cousin Seamus...now a big boy at one year old......



This kid is a little ball obsessed......

LOOK!!! HE IS FLYING IN THE AIR TO HOLD ONTO THAT BALL!!!!

Before all of our PL's went to make pigs of themselves....Excuse I mean went to get lunch...........( roast beef sandwiches, onion rings and french fries....GEESH didn't I hear something about a resolution and healthy eating and weight loss and how long did that last? one nano second??? AGATHAAAAAAA

I will say that we got some roast beef( without the stupid special sauce,do you have any idea how DRY roast beef can be?? Oh wait I almost forgot..and a stinking piece of bread.....Oh big deal.....AND NO FRENCH FRIES WITH THAT.......... I didn't make a resolution like she did........and I can eat anything and stay svelte and trim and..........AGATHAAAAAAA........
