HE DID IT!!!!!!!!!

Well we have finally recovered from meeting Lenny and going to the Arboretum with him and Toffee and Riley.We still really can't believe we met him!!!! Well, you know Archie has been going to the chiropractor and he is getting so much better!! He is almost ready to go up stairs again( yep they still carry him!!!) Remember a post I did a while ago about about me and PL2 going to our 2cd favorite place( next to our Arboretum) called Jamaca Pond??? And it was just the 2 of us and maybe I wicked missed Archie being with us (just alittle) Well TODAY was Archies day!!! He FINALLY was able to go around Jamaca Pond again!!(It had been a bit of a walk and it was just a bit too much for him) WELL NOT ANY MORE I AM HERE TO SAY!!!!!! He went around it for the first time in months!!!!!!!

Since he hadn't been here in awhile he had to reclaim it...(this is the end of an action shot shall we say??)


It was looking especially pretty today JUST FOR ARCHIE!!!!





This Mom duck even paraded her babies in front of us to welcome him back!

Ah it is so peacefull......

He loves this part because sometimes you can see an albino squirrel here( who did not surprisingly enough come to say hello to the greatest squirrel hunters in the Boston area...)


Doesn't he look (as we say in these parts) WICKED HAPPY!!!!!

Here he is walking along..He is soooo ahppy to be here that he forgot he usually tries to break up the duck/geese parties that occur......


We did pop our feet in the water and were about to take a swim but the Park Ranger came flying over and said that we couldn't go in.WHAT I screamed..after all these months of not taking a dip you won't let him in???? he said people had been fishing there and there were fish hooks in there....Arch and I and PL2 flew out of there. PL1 said he thought it was malarkey and what about all the ducks??shouldn't they be worried about them>>Hmmm good point..PL2 felt so sorry for us and it was sooo hot she filled up our pool..or tried to.The water pressure was so low we got sick of waiting and just washed our feet....
Here I am just being reallly happy that it was a lovely day and my goof ball brother(did I say that out loud?) is able to walk around one of our favorite places!!!!!!

Well. this was a really unbelievable day...You dream about days like this but it really happened for us........we went for a walk,with LENNY the CEO OF THE PAWLYMPICS and TOFFEE +RILEY!!!!! BUT GUESS WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IN OUR ARBORETUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIVABLE RIGHT?!!!!!!!!!!!!As you all know Lenny is on vacation in our neck of the woods and he wrote us and asked us if we would like to go for a walk...IN OUR ARBORETUM!!!!! Of course we said yes and then we asked Toffee and Riley our local Boston pals to join us in meeting this famous celebrity!!!!!!! This is us in the car geting ready to go...We were nervous... Archie had gotten a pawtograph book but was so nervous to see Lenny that he forgot it...

We knew Lenny came a really long way and we were worried that there may not have been enough room for his stuffies so we gave him a few stuffies to play with here.....Toffee's Mom is right there for an action stuffie shot......

Even thought it rained a little it couldn't have possibly dampned our spirits.. we had the best time ever,and in fact PL1+2 said that it was the best they had ever seen Archie with other puppies(he can get a wee bit shall we say snippy) Well what did they think>>IT WAS LENNY TOFFEE AND RILEY!!!!!! This is us now.........Arch collapsed on the kitchen floor.....

and I went under the table...........We are dreaming of one of the greatest days ever.....We really met 3 of our DWB friends.. if only we could all meet.....

So we got yet ANOTHER present and from some very special friends Nicky and Jenny. Now in case you don't know who they are Nicky IS ASTA"S BROTHER!!!( we are trying to get him to start a blog..) and we think he looks just Asta! And Nicky's PL's got another WFT and Asta's PL told Nicky's Mom to write to PL2 in case she had any trouble with 2 wires..as if PL2 would have good ideas( you will notice a definite theme in our post today) So their PL sent us a present!!!!! You will see the beautiful packages we received and then I took the ribbon and put it on my head.........BUT........do you think we have played with these AWESOME toys and cookies yet???????( one is a FABULOUS duck that really quacks and the other is a beaver who when his tail is pulled spins down the hall......rest assured this will be a post all of its own) NO NO AND NO

Why you might ask haven't you A+A??? Well we will tell you.First PL1+2 got onto this........

Which is a boat,on a gorgeous sunny day to go here........Martha's Vineyard...........because a woman that PL2 works with was having a party for her son's Bar Mitvah..

Supposedly these rocks are covered with seals in the really hot weather...of course we wouldn't know.....

Think that was enough??No, because today they went to Connecticut to see this.......which just

opened...The MGM Grand in Foxwoods which is a HUGE casino...... Do you think maybe we could have gone and seen Maggie and Mitch who live in Connecticut????????

And then they went to this casino.......

But they didn't stay long there because they really went to go to their favorite Museum.......

which has all cool Native American stuff.

We beg your pardon DO YOU SEE US AT THIS MUSEUM?????Then on their way out they saw these birds.......

They were not sure what they were but thought maybe vultures( they were lucky they didn't get swooped up)

And if that were not enough when Archie went to get the mail we saw this postcard for us......IT IS NUNZIO that rat that Toffee NEARLY caught by her house, who signed our guestbook and is now harassing us.........

Can you read the back?? It says"Don't I look delish! Yum Yum Nunzio.We went nuts.Archie went to get his cell phone to call the police but I have much better plans for this rat........

How ever,all of this will very soon be forgotten because we are going to be going to this........OUR ARBORETUM.......and we are going to meet a very very important friend........Toffee is going to come too...We can not give away the surprise(top secret and national security and all that) but here is a clue.........

PS When PL2 left the house today she forgot something and came back into the house, When she opened the door she caught,I mean saw Archie standing on the table that is behind the sofa(sometimes PL1 forgets and leaves his cookie bag there) HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!(he flew off and pretended he was looking for his book)
